What's included in a window cleaning?
Interior + exterior glass, tracks, and screens.
What's included in a gutter cleaning?
We clean out the interior of the gutters. We use a variety of methods depending on the property — they can be scooped out, blown out, or sucked out with a professional gutter vacuum. We always clean up the property before leaving.
Do I need to be home during the service?
We prefer you to be home. However for repeat customers for exterior work, it can be done with or without you home.
What happens if it rains on my appointment day?
In the Pacific Northwest it rains often. For us it's business as usual unless we are experiencing extremely heavy rain and windstorm.
How long does a typical house take?
The average home takes about 2 hours. It varies depending on size of the home.
Should I move furniture or prep anything before you come?
Clearing a path is always beneficial and helps our crew navigate safely without bumping anything. Knick knacks should be moved. Most furniture we can work around if it's not blocking the window.
I have pets — anything I should know?
We love animals and most are no problem to work around. Of course we realize some dog breeds can be aggressive with new people on their property. Some customers put aggressive dogs in their kennel while we are there.
Do I need to take the screens out?
No, we have screen tools and can take them out. We will clean them and put them back in before we leave.
How do I pay?
We collect at the end of the appointment. We accept credit, checks, and cash.
Do you require a deposit?
Not for residential homes since the service is completed the same day. For large commercial properties that take several weeks or months we may require a deposit that would go towards the final purchase total.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes.
Do you have your own ladders and equipment?
Yes. We have the latest tools in the window cleaning industry to be able to tackle any job that we encounter.
Do you do yard work?
No.
Do you do interior house cleaning service, floors, laundry?
No.
Do you remove water spots?
They may lighten with cleaning, but we do not remove hard mineral deposits. We have tried expensive cleaners with little success. To avoid further water spots, ensure sprinklers don't hit the windows, and don't get the windows wet while watering plants.
